SAP Concur Functional Consultant (German)

About the role

Deloitte's SAP team in Prague is seeking an experienced SAP Concur Functional Consultant to help international clients optimise travel, expense and invoice management through SAP Concur solutions. You will work on complex transformation programmes, collaborate with Deloitte experts worldwide, and deliver tangible business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support end‑to‑end SAP Concur implementation and transformation projects.
• Conduct client workshops, gather requirements and translate business needs into solution designs.
• Configure SAP Concur solutions and support integration activities.
• Advise clients on best practices, solution adoption and change management.
• Support testing, training, deployment and post‑go‑live activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with international Deloitte teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Concur implementations, configuration and delivery.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, gather requirements and guide clients through project lifecycles.
• Consulting or client‑facing project experience in transformation environments.
• Fluent German (mandatory), professional English and native Czech.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical problem‑solving skills.
