Retail Sales Executive

About the role

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience in a store environment. Using product knowledge and effective selling techniques, the role aims to meet monthly sales targets while maintaining a professional store image.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong floor presence, drive sales and attend to customers’ needs.
• Establish solid relationships with customers, cross‑sell/upsell and promote product awareness.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Stay informed about all products, promotions, advertisements and new releases.
• Assist with merchandise processing, replenishment and stock receipt.
• Identify security risks, handle theft situations promptly and professionally.
• Follow policies on payments, exchanges, security practices and loss prevention.
• Complete required trainings, maintain up‑to‑date certificates and enroll in training portals.
• Gather customer feedback, address complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Education: High School Diploma or a Bachelor’s/Technical degree.
• Experience: No prior experience required.
