Commercial Transactional Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Transactional Lawyer to join our international team on a remote basis. Based in Czechia, you will provide strategic legal support for complex commercial operations, ensuring that agreements align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier, service, licensing, distribution, partnership, NDA, and joint venture contracts.
• Provide legal guidance on commercial risks, contractual obligations, and compliance under Australian law.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align agreements with operational goals.
• Support corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations through due diligence and documentation.
• Analyze business strategies from a legal perspective and deliver practical recommendations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of commercial legislation and contract law developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial transactions, corporate law, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Australian contract law and commercial regulations.
• Proven ability to draft, review, negotiate, and advise on diverse commercial agreements.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with international teams.
