Legal Counsel – EMEA

About the role

Solenis is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to join its EMEA Legal team. The role supports business stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, providing commercial, litigation and compliance advice in a fast‑moving, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, revise and terminate a variety of commercial contracts, including sales, rebate, distributor, agency, toll manufacturing, procurement and NDAs.
• Manage disputes, coordinate litigation proceedings and facilitate settlement of pre‑suit claims.
• Provide counsel on debtor/creditor rights, collection and bankruptcy matters.
• Participate in M&A deal teams, advise on joint ventures and commercial relationships, and lead post‑closing integrations.
• Deliver front‑line guidance on Solenis Global Standards of Business Conduct and compliance issues such as the FCPA and UK Bribery Act.
