Head of Supply Chain (Czech Republic)

About the role

Rohlik Group is looking for a Head of Supply Chain for its Czech Republic market, the company’s largest and most complex operation. You will own product availability, inventory performance and supplier reliability across all fulfillment centres, driving automation and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day supply‑chain operations, own KPIs such as availability, stock health, shrink and OTIF, and run daily performance calls.
• Manage and develop a small team of up to 10 people, providing mentorship while staying hands‑on to solve urgent issues.
• Build reporting and analytics from raw data, turning insights into faster, data‑driven decisions.
• Drive efficiency and automation by applying AI and modern tools to eliminate manual work and optimise ordering processes.
• Collaborate closely with C‑level leadership, technology, category and operations teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, retail, logistics or operations, with solid knowledge of ordering, inventory management and KPI tracking.
• Hands‑on, builder mindset – comfortable leading a team and digging into raw data to fix processes.
• Tech‑savvy and curious about AI, eager to use data‑driven tools to automate tasks.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactive attitude and ability to deliver results quickly.
• Fluent Czech or Slovak and advanced English (minimum B2, C1 preferred).
