Senior Sales Assistant – Prague Store

About the role

Liu Jo is looking for a motivated and customer‑oriented Senior Sales Assistant for our store in Prague on a full‑time basis (40 hours per week). The ideal candidate will contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience while representing the brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring an exclusive and personalized shopping experience.
• Provide a high‑level sales service focused on achieving commercial targets.
• Maintain the store’s image in compliance with the brand’s visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Recommend and suggest products according to customers’ needs, highlighting features and benefits.
• Maintain and continuously develop strong product knowledge.
• Represent and promote the brand’s image, values, and standards.
• Support the receiving of new shipments and organize stock efficiently to optimize sales.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
