Business Finance Controller

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, business‑oriented Business Finance Controller to join our high‑performing Controller team. The role works independently while collaborating closely with operational teams and stakeholders across the organization, providing high‑quality financial analysis, insights, and advice to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of financial and operational results for reporting, forecasting, and decision‑making.
• Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasts for assigned business areas.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends and drivers, and deliver clear variance analysis.
• Develop financial models, scenarios, and business cases to support strategic decisions.
• Provide proactive financial advice to operational stakeholders.
• Oversee project controlling, including profitability, forecasting, and follow‑up.
• Support cash management, work‑in‑progress, accounts receivable, and working capital management.
• Participate in monthly closing activities and ensure compliance with finance policies.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of performance management tools and reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for financial processes and reporting.
• Support internal and external audits and SOX control activities.
• Prepare ad‑hoc financial analyses and reports as required.

Required profile

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail while maintaining a broader business perspective.
