Business & Integration Analyst – Technology Consulting

About the role

PwC Technology Consulting is looking for a Business & Integration Analyst in Prague. You will lead business and integration analysis across digital transformation and system implementation projects, acting as a bridge between business and technology teams and helping clients turn strategic objectives into practical, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather, assess, challenge and document business requirements.
• Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities through technology-enabled transformation.
• Translate business needs into use cases, process flows, data models, interface definitions and integration specifications.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers and technology leads to design and deliver integrated solutions.
• Support system implementation from analysis and design through testing and deployment, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical design.
• Coordinate requirements across stakeholders and workstreams, and support testing, validation and change management.
• Create project documentation such as business requirements, process maps and interface specifications.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, integration analysis or system implementation projects.
• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, core banking solutions or similar) and related integration scenarios.
• Experience on projects in banking, financial services or fintech environments.
• Fluent Czech and English (C1 level).

Required skills

• Understanding of integration architectures, APIs and data exchange formats such as REST, SOAP, JSON and XML.
• Ability to write detailed business and technical documentation (requirements, interface specifications, process flows).
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery experience is a plus.
