Senior Consultant - Management Consulting

About the role

PwC Technology Consulting, which blends business and technology to deliver transformation for clients across Europe, is hiring a Senior Consultant in its Financial Services team led by Petr Chadima. You will co-lead projects across the full lifecycle, from analysis and solution design to testing, implementation and change management, and help clients define their business and technology strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Co-lead projects from analysis and solution design through testing, implementation and change management.
• Support clients in defining business and technology strategies and bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and coordinate project teams while mentoring junior colleagues.
• Drive requirement gathering, solution validation and delivery planning.
• Contribute to business development, including proposals, client presentations and pre-sales, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Support project governance and quality delivery, and help develop new consulting offerings and methodologies.

Required profile

• 2-5 years of experience in a consulting environment, ideally in Management or Technology Consulting.
• Proven track record of delivering projects with a strong technology component.
• Experience in Financial Services, Utilities or Automotive.
• Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak.
• Nice to have: large-scale transformation programmes, business process optimisation and operating model design, stakeholder management, Agile and PMO knowledge, advanced presentation skills, and business development and pre-sales experience.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving.
