CEU Marketing Specialist – Central Europe

About the role

The CEU Marketing Specialist drives a unified, data‑driven marketing strategy across DHL’s Central Europe cluster. Working closely with country teams and the EU Marketing hub, the role ensures consistent brand execution, maximises ROI of local initiatives and strengthens DHL’s reputation in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the CEU marketing strategy and annual activity plan aligned with business priorities.
• Create centralized visibility and governance of all marketing activities to eliminate duplication and improve resource allocation.
• Facilitate best‑practice sharing and campaign replication across countries.
• Act as the primary interface between CEU and the EU Marketing team, representing regional needs.
• Increase utilisation of global sponsorship assets (e.g., F1, Rugby, festivals) through structured activation plans.
• Lead cluster‑wide external communications, PR coordination and earned‑media opportunities.
• Establish and manage an employer‑branding strategy in partnership with HR.
• Introduce consistent measurement, reporting and ROI tracking for marketing investments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Relevant experience in content marketing and multi‑country campaign coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
