Communication and Events Specialist for Tech Centre

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Communication and Events Specialist to join the NN Digital Hub team in Prague. The role combines internal and external communication, event management, content creation and visual storytelling across our Prague and Madrid locations.

Key responsibilities

• Support and shape the NN Digital Hub communication strategy across locations.
• Coordinate internal and external communications in line with NN Group standards.
• Create and manage content for newsletters, articles, presentations and social media, including photo and video production.
• Strengthen the employer and technology‑hub brand through storytelling and community activities.
• Organise internal and external events from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with external suppliers, manage tenders and bring photo/video projects to life.
• Measure, evaluate and report on the impact of communication activities.

Required profile

• Creative, proactive and reliable personality with a natural drive to generate fresh ideas.
• Experience in internal and external communication, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong copywriting and content‑creation abilities for diverse audiences and channels.
• Hands‑on event‑management experience, from planning to execution.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable using Czech for local communication.
• Good understanding of marketing and communication principles and basic IT awareness.
• Interest in occasional business travel to Spain.
