Conference Producer – Event Production Lead

About the role

The Conference Producer is responsible for the full lifecycle of conferences and events, from concept to on‑site execution. Working on‑site in Prague, you will develop engaging programmes, secure speakers, manage budgets, and ensure a seamless experience for attendees and sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Research market trends and design compelling event agendas that match audience interests.
• Identify, contact, and coordinate speakers, panelists, and moderators, handling all communications and follow‑up meetings.
• Create and monitor event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to brief and promote the event throughout the commercialization phase.
• Moderate the conference on‑site, oversee staff, manage the schedule, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high‑quality delivery.
• Conduct post‑event analysis, compile feedback reports, and propose improvements for future events.
• Continuously review and refine production processes to increase efficiency and attendee satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Production Manager to align timelines, monitor speaker progress, and ensure smooth production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in event production, conference management or a similar role.
• Strong project‑management, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
