Project Manager (Client Delivery - AI & Cloud)

About the role

Mirantis, a Kubernetes-native AI infrastructure company, is looking for a client-facing Project Manager in Prague to lead the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary initiatives across cloud, platform and AI domains. This is not a traditional project coordination role: you act as a delivery leader and trusted advisor, working directly with clients to shape and execute high-impact programs in fast-evolving environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing projects across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes and AI/data initiatives
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and guiding them through complex technical programs
• Translate business objectives into clear delivery plans, aligning client and internal stakeholders
• Work with engineering teams to understand technical trade-offs, dependencies and risks
• Manage delivery in iterative environments where scope and outcomes may evolve
• Identify risks and issues early and drive practical, outcome-oriented resolutions
• Manage the financial and commercial side of projects, including scope control, change management and margin awareness
• Communicate clearly across all levels, including executive stakeholders
• Help grow accounts by identifying follow-on opportunities and shaping new engagements
• Improve delivery practices while keeping room for innovation

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing client-facing technical projects in a professional services or consulting environment
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with distributed teams
• Strong client presence and ability to influence stakeholders as a trusted advisor
• Solid technical fluency, able to speak engineering and understand how systems are built
• Experience in cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, containers, distributed systems)
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk
• Outcome-driven mindset, comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenStack and hybrid cloud infrastructure
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Proposal development or pre-sales support experience
• Modern delivery tools, agile methodologies, and AI/ML, data platform or automation projects
