Project Manager - NPI

About the role

Resideo is building the next generation of intelligent water leak detection and seeks an NPI Project Manager to lead the development of connected products that use wireless communication, advanced algorithms, and adaptive learning technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage project execution from conception through release following the Resideo execution model.
• Lead cross‑functional, matrixed project teams to ensure goals, metrics, and objectives are met.
• Develop end‑to‑end project plans and track milestones against the approved baseline.
• Communicate project expectations, status, and risks to team members and stakeholders.
• Proactively manage scope changes, identify crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Maintain project resource plans and keep the corporate tracking tool up to date.
• Leverage project metrics to improve execution and share best practices.

Required profile

• NPI project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplined engineering teams, including software engineers.
• Excellent communication skills with influence across all organisational levels.
• Flexibility to work occasional evening calls with global colleagues.
• Fluency in English.
