Recruitment Experience Partner

About the role

Novartis is looking for a Recruitment Experience Partner based in Prague, Czech Republic, working in a hybrid setting. You will own the candidate journey from first contact through offer, working closely with Recruitment Business Partners to deliver fast, fair and personal hiring experiences. Relocation support is not offered, so only apply if you can access the role.

Key responsibilities

• Own the candidate journey from initial contact through offer, delivering a seamless and engaging experience.
• Conduct first-round interviews and extend offers for high-volume roles in partnership with Recruitment Business Partners.
• Screen and shortlist applicants consistently, identifying candidates who best match role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and keep clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday, following defined processes, standards and timelines.
• Deliver recruitment activities with a strong focus on quality, compliance, consistency and candidate experience.

Required profile

• At least three years of in-house or agency recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for complex or highly specialized research and development or pharmaceutical roles.
• Fluency in English and at least one other European language, ideally Dutch.
• Strong candidate communication, screening and shortlisting skills.
• Confidence working within standardized, technology-enabled recruitment processes, including Workday.
• Strong commitment to data accuracy, compliance, process discipline and a high-quality candidate experience.

• Expected annual base salary of 577,920 to 1,073,280 CZK, with a possible performance-based bonus.
