Resilience Manager

About the role

The Resilience Manager will lead the organization’s efforts to strengthen information security, business continuity, and compliance across multiple domains, acting as a central point of contact for resilience initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Information Security topics and coordinate the implementation of Cyber Resilience Act requirements, including awareness activities.
• Serve as the Local Information Security Officer (LISO) ensuring compliance with TISAX requirements and employee awareness.
• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in line with corporate standards.
• Coordinate and support the implementation of the Risk Management System.
• Manage Data Protection (GDPR) topics and support departments such as HR, HSE, and Purchasing.
• Coordinate crisis management activities and ensure compliance with NIS2 reporting and communication requirements.
• Organise internal and external audits, align them with corporate audit programs, and drive corrective actions.
• Drive employee awareness and training in resilience, compliance, information security, business continuity, and data protection.
