Responsible AI / Technology GRC (Senior) Consultant

About the role

PwC's Data and AI team in Prague is looking for a Senior Responsible AI / Technology GRC Consultant. The role supports clients in navigating AI governance, risk, compliance and regulatory change, helping them interpret new legislative, regulatory, ethical and governance frameworks such as the EU AI Act and turn them into practical business and technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects on AI governance, technology risk and compliance
• Help clients implement AI-related regulatory and governance requirements
• Translate legal, regulatory and standard requirements into practical guidance, processes and controls
• Help clients design operating models, risk frameworks, governance processes and data strategies
• Support AI use-case discovery, implementation and adoption
• Monitor developments in AI, emerging technology and regulation
• Prepare analyses, presentations, proposals and client materials
• Coordinate project workstreams and collaborate across PwC teams and client organisations
• Support business development and new service offerings, and build stakeholder relationships

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field such as IT, business, risk, data science, public policy, law, information management or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in technology risk, AI governance, compliance, regulatory advisory, audit, data governance or related areas
• Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001 or NIST AI RMF
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, professional English and ability to handle multiple priorities

Required skills

• Certifications such as AIGP or ISO/IEC 42001 (helpful)
• Experience in consulting, advisory or business development (helpful)
• Experience designing operating models, processes, controls or data governance strategies (helpful)
• Knowledge of sector-specific regulations (helpful)
• Practical use of AI tools and digital technologies (helpful)
