SMB Inside Partner Sales Representative (Czech & English)

About the role

Join Concentrix as an SMB Inside Partner Sales Representative, acting as a trusted business partner for a leading global technology partner. You will develop SMB business, identify new opportunities and support partners throughout the sales cycle while working in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of SMB partners and grow their business in line with growth strategies.
• Identify, develop and close new SMB business opportunities, driving them through the full sales cycle.
• Provide product, solution and portfolio guidance, educate partners and support them with pricing and sales requests.
• Convert marketing‑generated SMB leads into revenue and support partner marketing activities.
• Monitor partner performance, forecast sales and respond to partner inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Native Czech speaker with very good or fluent English.
• Previous B2B or partner sales experience with a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.

• Data literacy for using business insights in sales decisions.
