Accounts Receivable Coordinator for Collections

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator handles customer credit and collections activity so that customer debt is collected on time and the relevant SAP ledgers are kept accurate. The role covers collections, dispute resolution and other tasks as assigned.

Key responsibilities

• Perform collections within the assigned customer portfolio, including dunning and direct communication with customers
• Update the portfolio with information gathered from external calls and internal calls to sales and other colleagues
• Identify disputed items and drive their resolution through dispute calls
• Communicate with dispute owners as needed
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned

Required profile

• Communicative level of English
• Previous experience in finance (AP, AR, etc.) is a must
• Understanding of general accounting procedures, billing processes and financial reporting
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational skills, able to multi-task and plan work daily, weekly and monthly
• Basic Excel knowledge, especially pivot tables and VLOOKUP, is an advantage
• Experience with SAP / GetPaid is an advantage but not required
