Assistance Services Specialist – Technical Assistance

About the role

Join AXA Partners as an Assistance Services Specialist and become the first point of contact for customers needing technical, motor or home assistance. You will work in a dynamic call‑centre environment, handling urgent requests and ensuring smooth resolution of insurance claims.

Key responsibilities

• Answer helpline calls and process emails from customers requiring technical or motor & home assistance.
• Verify customer data and insurance coverage before initiating support.
• Process payments to clients and service providers.
• Register and manage cases in the internal system, handling claim administration and documentation review.
• Coordinate assistance services such as towing, plumbing, locksmith, roofing, etc., using AXA’s network of providers.
• Collaborate with foreign branches of the AXA Partners Group.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Czech at C2 level.
• Secondary education or higher.
• English at minimum B2 level (verified during interview).
• Availability to work three days a week on‑site in Ostrava and two weekends per month.
• Flexibility for 24/7 shift work, including night shifts.
• Strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
