B2B Account Manager (English + Slovenian, Hybrid)

About the role

D-ploy is an IT and engineering solutions company operating across the EMEA region and the USA, serving industry-leading clients. It is looking for an engaging, flexible and solution-oriented B2B Account Manager based in Prague, working hybrid, fluent in English and native in Slovenian. The role manages a portfolio of partners to grow the PC and Print business, services and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of partners to grow PC and Print business, services and solutions with year-on-year growth.
• Understand the partner market and competition, identify new opportunities and proactively engage partners by calls and meetings.
• Drive sales and support the full sales cycle, including pricing.
• Educate partners on new products and solutions and ensure Partner Program compliance (certifications, revenue).
• Respond promptly to partner inquiries, build loyalty and monitor partner performance with forecasting and reporting.
• Oversee partner marketing activities, co-investments and ROI tracking, and support registration and onboarding of IT resellers into the Partner Program.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and native Slovenian.
• Previous sales experience, preferably B2B sales.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude, goal orientation, able to handle project tasks with minimal supervision and to prioritize a varied workload.
