Business Intelligence Executive

About the role

The Business Intelligence Executive will design and build financial reporting for the Lifecycle business, focusing on renewal rates, customer churn, new customers and business expansion. Using existing data and modern BI tools, the role turns complex, multi‑source data into clear, actionable insights for financial updates, forecasting and bonus reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain data quality, governance and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with the Customer Data Platform team to develop Lifecycle metrics.
• Drive alignment on KPI definitions for renewals, churn, new customers and expansion.
• Reconcile and analyse variances across different data streams.
• Build and enhance financial and operational reporting using Power BI and other BI tools.
• Partner with Sales Incentives teams to create bonus reporting dashboards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and numerate mindset with attention to detail.
• Commercial acumen to understand business impact of numbers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Expert knowledge of Power BI.
• Practical experience with Snowflake.
• Familiarity with AI‑based data platforms.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
