Business System Management Associate Director

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Business System Management Associate Director to lead the Labeling Operations area within the GRACS Regulatory Innovation & Information Management organization. This senior role will oversee system development, maintenance, and user support for global labeling business users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead Business Analysts on complex data‑analytics applications.
• Drive system development, enhancements, monitoring and release activities in collaboration with IT partners.
• Act as liaison between global labeling users and IT to define business requirements and ensure system alignment.
• Facilitate system operations meetings, resolve issues, and manage priorities using escalation pathways.
• Develop and maintain user‑facing system resources and documentation.
• Oversee system support model, monitor support cases, conduct root‑cause investigations and implement CAPAs.
• Conduct system administrator activities to align global processes with system capabilities.

Required profile

• BS/BA in science, engineering, IT or related field; 10+ years in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, labeling processes and digital enablement.
• Proven experience with GxP‑regulated systems, audit/inspection support and SDLC knowledge.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills; ability to work cross‑functionally and cross‑regionally.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organizational skills and experience authoring SOPs and technical guidance.
