CRM Product Line Orchestrator (Associate Director)

About the role

Merck & Co., Inc. is looking for a CRM Product Line Orchestrator (Associate Director) in its IT Riverview office in Prague. The role supports end-to-end orchestration of Veeva CRM implementations, keeping product, delivery and business teams aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end orchestration of Veeva CRM implementations, ensuring alignment across product, delivery and business teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines and milestones across dependent systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Owners, developers, QA, integration teams and external vendors.
• Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders and leadership, covering progress, risks, dependencies and key decisions.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, driving resolution and escalation as needed.
• Ensure delivery follows Agile or hybrid methodologies, supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement and release coordination.
• Partner with Product Owners so backlog priorities match delivery timelines and business objectives.
• Track key deliverables such as requirements, design artifacts, testing milestones and deployment readiness.
• Ensure proper documentation and communication across all phases, support post-go-live stabilization, enhancements planning and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field; equivalent experience may also be considered.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, systems analysis or technical analysis roles.
• Experience driving status reporting, executive communications and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience coordinating across multiple IT domains (application development, integrations, data, infrastructure).
• Preferred: experience in healthcare, life sciences or another regulated environment, and knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Veeva CRM.
