Product Manager, CRM & Sales Ops (Associate Director)

About the role

Merck & Co., Inc. (MSD) is hiring a Technical Product Manager for its CRM and Sales Operations area in Prague (IT Riverview). The Associate Director-level role owns the product across its full lifecycle, partners with business stakeholders, technical experts and delivery teams, and balances strategic thinking with technical understanding.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the product, defining and evolving its vision, strategy, roadmap and priorities
• Lead discovery and requirement definition, create and prioritise the product backlog, and review requirements and change requests
• Drive delivery of enhancements and releases through the agreed delivery and change management process
• Monitor product performance, adoption and feedback, and identify risks and dependencies with mitigation actions
• Lead requirements gathering, the enhancement delivery plan and implementation, and coordinate across squads, stakeholders and senior management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or another technology stream
• At least 7 years of experience in technical product management, service delivery and related IT positions
• Proven background in strategic planning, stakeholder management and leading technical squads
• Preferred: exposure to large-scale transformation or enterprise delivery, regulated or highly governed environments, and a solid technical background beyond product management

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of SDLC processes (requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance)
• Familiarity with product management and agile methodologies
• Preferred: product metrics, adoption and performance monitoring
