Customer Service Specialist (MedTech Orders & Returns)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is hiring two Customer Service Specialists (BELUX) in Prague for a one-year fixed-term position. The role covers customer orders and calls, case management in Sales Force, and extends to returns, credits and debits for external and internal customers, serving MedTech countries in EMEA / orthopaedics.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer orders and calls, and investigate cases, orders, returns, credits and debits
• Respond to inquiries about orders, back-orders, return requests, approvals, changes and failures, coordinating them internally and with external providers
• Process orders in the JDE system with the right approvals, documentation and accuracy
• Report on spontaneous adverse events (AE) and quality complaints on time
• Complete all mandatory training on time and meet quality and compliance requirements (HCC/HCBI, anti-corruption, FCPA, SOX, QA, Safe Fleet)

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or a related area, preferably 1-2 years in business-related work
• University degree or equivalent
• Fluency in Dutch or French (ideally both); intermediate English as a minimum
• Proven customer service or administrative experience

Required skills

• Salesforce.com (preferred) and JD Edwards (preferred) systems
• MS Office
• Time management, multi-tasking, attention to detail and problem solving

What we offer

• Base pay range of CZK 452,000 to CZK 727,950
• Annual bonus and/or sales commissions
