Key Account Specialist Immunology (Early Career)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is looking for a junior sales representative (Key Account Specialist Immunology) in Prague to build a commercial career in immunology. You will take responsibility for an assigned territory, learn the local treatment pathways and customer needs, and develop customer-specific plans with coaching and cross-functional support.

Key responsibilities

• Build knowledge of customers, the disease area, products and the local market.
• Prepare for customer interactions and develop focused account plans.
• Run customer activities face-to-face and digitally.
• Identify customer needs, treatment barriers and opportunities.
• Use data, customer insights and CRM tools to plan and prioritise work.
• Follow through consistently and take increasing ownership of territory decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
• Up to three years of work experience; relevant commercial, healthcare or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Curious, ambitious and motivated by making a difference for patients.
• Clear communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in the local language and English, and a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Interest in science, healthcare and commercial work.
• Structured approach to preparation, planning and follow-through.
• Confidence using AI and digital tools.
• Preferred: customer centricity, immunology, problem solving and sales.

What we offer

• Base pay range of CZK 477,000 to CZK 740,600.
• Annual bonus and/or sales commissions depending on performance.
