Junior Clinical Account Specialist - Electrophysiology

About the role

Johnson & Johnson's MedTech Cardiovascular team in Prague is looking for a Junior Clinical Account Specialist focused on electrophysiology. The role works with Business Unit Account Executives at established and new hospital accounts to optimize clinical workflows, deliver case support and clinical consulting, and help grow market share while respecting profitability and ethical business conduct. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Execute clinical consulting on CARTO technology to optimize workflow and improve patient care
• Provide clinical case support
• Manage preventive maintenance and repairs of hardware and software, including immediate troubleshooting
• Drive lab optimization and procedure efficiency incentives
• Collaborate closely with the business unit sales team and co-create customer engagement plans
• Collect and report field intelligence regularly and contribute to forecasting for disposable and capital equipment
• Take part in industry symposia, medical meetings and ProfEd events, and monitor industry trends

Required profile

• University degree; biomedical engineering or medical background preferred
• Driving licence
• Business English at negotiation level and native Czech
• User-level knowledge of Microsoft software
• Basic clinical and product understanding to communicate with field organizations and customers

What we offer

• Base pay range of CZK 536,000 to CZK 831,450
