Deliverability Procurement Manager

About the role

Bloomreach is looking for a commercially sharp vendor manager to own the cost side of our SMS and email vendor relationships. You will balance, diversify and de‑risk our deliverability supply base while driving margin improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial management of SMS and email vendor contracts, rate cards, renewals and spend tracking.
• Onboard new vendors and expand coverage into new geographies, running structured sourcing and due‑diligence.
• Partner with Pricing, Sales and Deliverability teams to translate vendor costs into custom pricing and protect margin.
• Maintain a balanced, competitive and low‑risk vendor portfolio with clear escalation paths.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement or commercial pricing, preferably in SMS/email deliverability or telecom.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts, rate cards and commercial terms.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience building cost, pricing and margin models.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets for cost modeling.
