Deputy Director – Multinational Business CZ & SK

About the role

RENOMIA is looking for a Deputy Director to support its Multinational Business unit covering the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Reporting directly to the International Director, you will help shape cross‑border strategies, drive growth and ensure smooth daily operations for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the International Director to coordinate strategic initiatives and represent the department when required.
• Lead and develop a team of international specialists in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, implement process improvements and maintain high service standards for internal and external clients.
• Participate in strategic projects that support department growth, including budgeting, reporting, resource planning and KPI monitoring.
• Build and strengthen relationships with international partners, identify collaboration opportunities and contribute to business development across the multinational network.
• Design solutions that enhance support for Czech and Slovak clients expanding abroad.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multinational business, insurance brokerage or risk‑management environments.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Czech or Slovak.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with senior leadership.
