Digital Business Solution Professional (d/f/m)

About the role

Schaeffler is hiring a Digital Business Solution Professional in Prague to drive the digitization of Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions in the Europe region. You will act as the main interface between business functions, product owners and IT or digital delivery teams, turning business strategy, customer needs and operational challenges into scalable digital products. The role covers automation solutions and customer-facing digital solutions, with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and low-code tools such as Microsoft Power Apps and Mendix.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main interface between business stakeholders, product owners, IT teams and external delivery partners.
• Analyse customer journeys, business processes and pain points to find automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Define the vision, objectives, roadmap and priorities of assigned digital products with business owners.
• Manage the full product development lifecycle, from requirements and business cases through design, development, testing, deployment and adoption.
• Translate needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery objectives.
• Coordinate RPA and low-code implementations, including feasibility, release and improvement.
• Identify use cases for RPA, Power Apps and Mendix and coordinate project activities, risks and milestones in an international, matrix organization.
• Support design, prototyping, testing, quality assurance, user acceptance and change management, and set up success measures.

Required profile

• University degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, information systems, computer science or a comparable field.
• Around five years of relevant experience, ideally in digital product management, business analysis, digital transformation, solution delivery, project management or consulting.
• Proven experience managing digital products across their lifecycle and bridging business and IT.
• Experience with customer-facing applications, process optimization and digital transformation, and with stakeholder coordination in an international setting.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German and other languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Product management practices: roadmap, prioritization, release planning, user feedback.
• Business concepts, process models, business cases and implementation plans.
• Change management and user adoption.
• Practical experience with RPA and low-code platforms is preferred; Power Apps and/or Mendix is a strong advantage.
