External Channels Manager – Orthopedics (Baltics, Poland & Czech Republic)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an External Channels Manager for Orthopedics to lead distributor partnerships across the Baltics, Poland and the Czech Republic. The role focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, and supporting the delivery of innovative orthopaedic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies that increase sales through distributor partners.
• Manage distributor relationships, monitor performance and align activities with company goals.
• Oversee sales demand planning, inventory management and pricing/rebate governance.
• Coordinate contract management, including monitoring existing agreements, initiating renewals and ensuring due‑diligence compliance.
• Lead distributor product training programs to enhance capabilities and performance.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Compliance, Legal and Business Compliance teams on regulatory and policy adherence.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing distributor channels in the medical or orthopaedic sector.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, demand planning and inventory control.
• Experience with contract negotiation, renewal processes and compliance due‑diligence.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional activities and drive alignment with corporate objectives.
