Field IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Field IT Support Engineer to deliver onsite L1/L2 technical assistance across customer locations in Prague. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring incidents are resolved within agreed SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and application issues.
• Install, replace, configure hardware and perform break/fix activities.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP connectivity problems.
• Conduct network cable/port testing and basic switch/router troubleshooting.
• Support IMAC activities and install/configure operating systems, applications, drivers and security updates.
• Handle user account, password and basic Active Directory tasks.
• Manage incidents and service requests via ITSM/ticketing tools and coordinate with remote teams and vendors.
