Financial Markets Analyst – Index Review

About the role

Join the Index Operations team responsible for maintaining STOXX and DAX index families across multiple locations. You will focus on periodic index reviews, applying methodology rules and contributing to innovative projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic reviews of index compositions according to methodology guidelines.
• Participate in new index concept integration, automation coordination with IT, and non‑routine project activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on methodology enhancements, regulatory issues and client queries.
• Drive process improvements to ensure consistent data quality for equity indices.
• Communicate index review outcomes to clients in English.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, econometrics or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial environment (index business, asset management, product development, etc.).
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with knowledge of corporate actions impact on indices.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, team‑player, self‑starter.
