FP&A Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

As an FP&A Manager at Edwards Lifesciences you will shape financial strategy for the EEMEA region, turning data into actionable insights that improve patient outcomes worldwide. You will partner with senior leaders across finance, operations, and regulatory functions to drive disciplined planning and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support and drive the Group Support FP&A cycle, including AOP, latest estimates, and forecasts.
• Lead preparation of financial reviews, explain variances and business drivers, and anticipate stakeholder questions.
• Oversee OPEX and CAPEX budgeting, ensuring forecast accuracy and identifying cost risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate EEMEA regional financial consolidation, aligning with corporate reporting requirements.
• Partner with HR and functional leaders on headcount planning and workforce changes.
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear recommendations.
• Contribute to cross‑divisional projects that improve reporting quality, streamline planning processes, and implement financial tools.
• Collaborate with Accounting, HR, Supply Chain, IT, and local FP&A teams to ensure integrated financial oversight.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance or a related field with solid experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or controlling.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office Suite.
• Experience with financial and business intelligence tools.
