HR Business Partner – EMEA (Czech Republic)

About the role

Cato Networks is looking for an HR Business Partner to support its employees in the Czech Republic and across selected EMEA functions. You will act as the primary HR advisor, partnering with local leadership to enhance employee experience, engagement, and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main HR Business Partner for all Czech‑based employees, providing guidance on employment law, employee relations, and HR processes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and office management to drive hiring, onboarding, and overall employee experience in the Czech Republic.
• Manage relocation, immigration, work permits, and visa processes for employees moving to the Czech Republic.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding through off‑boarding—for Czech employees.
• Support HR initiatives for Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product Support functions across EMEA.
• Collaborate with regional leaders on performance management, employee development, and team effectiveness.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies, programs, and engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Czech Republic employment laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in HR business partnering and employee relations.
• Ability to manage relocation, immigration, and compliance processes.
• Excellent collaboration skills with leadership, Talent Acquisition, and regional teams.
