Inside Sales Representative – IT (Polish)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our IT outsourcing team in Prague. The role focuses on B2B sales for leading IT vendors, requiring fluency in Polish and strong English communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of existing customers and drive purchases through consultative selling.
• Proactively prospect new clients (hunting) via phone calls, building pipeline and generating incremental business.
• Provide accurate forecasts for open and closed opportunities and collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Management, Pricing, Partner Managers and Field Sales to ensure smooth business flow.

Required profile

• Previous B2B sales experience with a proven record of meeting KPIs.
• Winning, competitive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on customer needs, quota and KPI objectives.
• Comfort working under pressure, handling unique situations and collaborating in a team.
• Basic knowledge of the IT market.
• Native Polish language and strong written and spoken English.
