Inside Sales Specialist (German-speaking)

About the role

Kollmorgen, part of Regal Rexnord, is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist fluent in German to work in Brno. The role qualifies leads from the omni-channel digital customer engagement programme and from outbound calling campaigns, supporting sales regions across Europe (UK, France, Benelux, Germany, Italy and Scandinavia). You will talk to customers at the start of their design projects to check whether you can help with their machine build, then qualify them to speak with a salesperson.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify leads and run outbound calling to generate leads for the European sales regions.
• Engage with potential new customers in high-growth B2B segments such as robotics, medical, battery production and factory automation.
• Identify new target contacts as part of vertical market initiatives and carry out other business development activities.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service and marketing to improve brand building and lead generation.
• Use telephone, e-mail and Salesforce CRM on a daily basis.

Required profile

• Completed education or studies in Marketing, Business or a technical discipline.
• First professional experience in Inside Sales, Telesales or a comparable B2B position.
• Fluent English and German; Czech is an advantage.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts related to motion control.
• 1-2 years of experience leading a team is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), MS Office and lead management tools such as LinkedIn Navigator is desirable.

Work is based in the Brno office with the option to work remotely two days a week.
