Lead Integration Platform Engineer - SRE

About the role

Join the Integration Platform team to design and operate a federated platform that enables developers and data teams to consume services self‑service, with real‑time insights and secure automation. You will shape the experience layer, ensuring security‑by‑design while keeping workflows fast and developer‑friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Create core platform elements such as modular interfaces, onboarding flows, access patterns and health dashboards.
• Design self‑service experiences that abstract provisioning, access and integration complexities.
• Define standards, shared contracts and consistent ways of working across divisions.
• Provide meaningful telemetry, dashboards and signals for engineers, analysts and leaders.
• Explore AI‑augmented tooling for guidance, recommendations and natural interactions, ensuring responsible use.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers, facilitate workshops, and drive clear communication.

Required profile

• Strong engineering background in platform engineering, developer tooling or internal platforms.
• Usability‑focused mindset with experience designing intuitive developer experiences.
• Security‑first attitude, understanding identity, access controls and guardrails.
• Comfort working in Scrum, hybrid environments and evolving product contexts.
