People Automations Partner

About the role

Apify is looking for a People Automations Partner to improve the way internal knowledge is organized and accessed. You will work with the People team to audit, restructure, and automate content across Notion, Slack, Google Drive, and GitHub, ensuring both employees and AI agents have up‑to‑date information.

Key responsibilities

• Audit all internal knowledge sources and design an overarching information architecture.
• Restructure and maintain Apify's Notion wiki for people and AI agents.
• Build AI automations that assign ownership, flag outdated content, trigger reviews, and archive obsolete material.
• Own and improve onboarding information flow and internal communication channels such as All Hands and the newsletter.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience partnering with leadership on people‑related initiatives.
• Daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) with an automate‑first mindset.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proactive in spotting and fixing inconsistencies.
