Quality Systems & Digitalization (d/f/m)

About the role

Schaeffler's Vehicle Lifetime Solutions division offers repair solutions and services for the global mobility ecosystem, including complex repairs for combustion, hybrid and electric vehicles. This role owns and develops the Quality Systems landscape within the division and drives its digital transformation through process digitalization, automation, innovative technologies and data-driven solutions. It is based in Prague.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously develop the Quality Systems landscape, ensuring effective governance, standardization and sustainable business value
• Drive digital transformation of the Quality organization through process digitalization, automation, innovative technologies and data-driven solutions
• Manage the full lifecycle of Quality Systems, including requirements management, testing, releases, deployments, training and continuous improvement
• Develop, implement and maintain IT systems, digital tools and solutions supporting Quality Assurance
• Lead planning and execution of IT projects in Quality Assurance, Reporting and Analytics
• Design and optimize end-to-end quality processes integrated into enterprise applications and ERP environments
• Act as the interface between Business, Quality, IT, Digitalization and SAP/ERP programs, turning business requirements into scalable solutions
• Identify, prioritize and implement digitalization initiatives such as automation, advanced analytics and AI-enabled use cases
• Lead international stakeholder alignment, system rollouts and transformation projects in line with quality standards and governance frameworks

Required profile

• University degree plus at least 4 years of relevant experience in Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, Digital Transformation, ERP implementations, Process Excellence or comparable functions
• Hands-on experience implementing, developing and managing systems, releases, rollouts and change management in international, cross-functional projects
• Very good written and spoken English; German is an advantage
• Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills, with a passion for continuous improvement, digital innovation, automation, AI and data-driven solutions
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and a proactive, structured, solution-oriented approach

Required skills

• SAP, SAP S/4HANA or comparable enterprise application landscapes
• Requirements management, testing, releases and deployment of quality systems
