Receptionist – Hospital Front Desk (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join the front‑desk team at Beroun Rehabilitation Hospital. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative support in a fast‑moving healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, patients and visitors in person and by phone.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain and update the appointment‑booking system and related databases.
• Perform administrative tasks that support the operations of various hospital departments.
• Work in a two‑shift rotation, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous coverage.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education with a matriculation exam.
• Proficiency in Czech; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
• Reliable, independent and able to work well in a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with standard PC applications.
