Recruiter – End-to-End Hiring for Mobile Gaming Agency

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to own the full-cycle hiring process for creative, marketing and sales positions across the EU at a fast-growing mobile gaming agency. You will shape how we attract, assess and onboard talent, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to leadership roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referral programs and emerging platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and optimise the recruitment stack, monitor metrics and flag issues early.
• Contribute to People & Ops initiatives such as onboarding, employer branding and employee engagement events.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, either in-house or agency.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong people-orientation with a focus on matching candidates to the right role.
• Proven ability to conduct active outreach and engage passive talent.
• Adaptable mindset, comfortable adjusting methods when standard approaches fall short.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI-assisted recruitment tools.
