Reporting Specialist / Financial Controller

About the role

As a Reporting Specialist & Financial Controller you will ensure reliable financial reporting and insightful analysis while strengthening internal controls. You will act as a trusted partner to the business, combining accounting excellence with a proactive controlling mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of accounting and financial controlling activities for the assigned scope.
• Prepare accurate and timely IFRS reports and high‑quality financial outputs.
• Drive month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Analyze financial performance, explain variances and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Business Controllers and stakeholders to support informed decision‑making.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls in line with group principles.
• Continuously improve reporting, analysis and management presentations.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with policies.
• Participate in development projects and contribute to process standardisation.

Required profile

• Solid experience in accounting and finance (typically 6+ years).
• Good understanding of IFRS and end‑to‑end finance processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to see detail and broader context.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver structured results.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• IFRS knowledge
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Advanced Excel skills
