About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored product recommendations and create harmonious ensembles suited to each client’s lifestyle.
• Drive sales across all categories while integrating a modern omnichannel approach.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of trends, collections and product details through regular training.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, collective client experience.

Required profile

• Significant experience in high‑end retail with a strong focus on personalized client service.
• Deep product knowledge and sensitivity to materials, finishes and quality.
• Fluent, professional communication in both Czech and English.
• Active listening, adaptability and the ability to meet demanding client expectations.
• Autonomous, agile and comfortable using digital tools.
• Team‑spirit, open‑mindedness and a strong service orientation.
