Sales Director (Czech Republic & Slovakia)

About the role

Adlook, a leading ad‑tech company, is looking for a Sales Director to lead revenue growth in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. You will use Adlook’s innovative advertising solutions to build relationships with upper‑funnel focus clients and independent agencies, driving new business and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Adlook branding solutions through client presentations, conference participation and direct sales activities.
• Generate new business opportunities across Czech Republic and Slovakia.
• Engage senior advertiser executives to expand deal size and pipeline.
• Act as a marketplace subject‑matter expert, educating large corporate advertisers and media agencies about Adlook offerings and industry trends.
• Travel for onsite client meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales with a proven record of selling to brands and agencies.
• Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
• Excellent media, communication and presentation skills, especially at executive level.
• Consultative, diagnosis‑driven selling approach and strong relationship‑building capabilities.
• Fluent in Czech and English.
