Senior Sales Representative - Robotic Surgery

About the role

As part of Medtronic's Robotic Surgery team, you will drive commercial growth and support the adoption of robotic-assisted surgery solutions within an assigned territory. Based in Prague, the role involves working with surgeons, clinical teams, hospital stakeholders and internal commercial partners, with about 60% expected travel time across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting the robotic surgery portfolio in your territory
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, operating room teams, hospital management and key decision-makers
• Identify new business opportunities, assess customer needs and deliver solutions with clinical and economic value
• Support customers from initial engagement and product demonstrations through implementation and adoption
• Organize and deliver product presentations, clinical workshops and educational events
• Work with clinical, technical and marketing teams to ensure a successful customer experience
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer feedback, manage the CRM pipeline accurately, forecast and share insights internally

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare or a related field
• Proven experience in medical device, capital equipment, healthcare technology or other consultative sales environments
• Fluency in English and the local language, with willingness to travel extensively
