Supply Chain Director – European Midsize Markets

About the role

As the Supply Chain Director for the European Midsize Markets, you will lead supply planning and forecasting across a diverse set of countries, ensuring medicines reach patients efficiently. This high‑visibility position sits at the intersection of supply chain, commercial and finance functions, offering the chance to shape strategic decisions for a growing biopharmaceutical organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional supply planning and demand forecasting for 14 European markets.
• Drive the Regional S&OP process and contribute to global Integrated Business Planning.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate supply chain insights into actionable business decisions.
• Identify, assess and mitigate supply, inventory and service risks.
• Support product launches, distribution model evolution and supply‑chain transformation initiatives.
• Champion planning excellence, standardisation and continuous improvement across countries and teams.

Required profile

• Significant experience in supply chain, demand planning, S&OP or IBP.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
• Demonstrated capability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through collaboration.
• Track record of driving operational excellence and managing complexity.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is advantageous.
• Fluent English.
