Tech Recruiter – End-to-End Hiring for International Expansion

About the role

Vilgain is looking for a Tech Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for both technology and international expansion positions. You will work closely with the Head of Recruitment and hiring managers across the company, ensuring a fast, high‑quality hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned tech and expansion roles, from intake to offer.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, databases and other channels.
• Screen candidates, assess motivation, experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth candidate experience.
• Keep the ATS up‑to‑date and communicate clearly with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Provide structured candidate summaries and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Support employer branding and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, offer acceptance rate and 90‑day retention.

Required profile

• Strong experience in tech recruitment (in‑house, agency or fast‑growing company).
• Excellent sourcing abilities and comfort handling multiple roles simultaneously.
• Proficient interviewing skills using behavioral and STAR techniques.
• Structured, autonomous work style with ownership mindset.
• Fluent English; Czech is a plus.
• AI‑native mindset – actively using AI to improve recruiting workflows.
