Business Development Manager – Automation & Robotics

About the role

Join the M2C Space team as a Business Development Manager focused on automation and robotics. You will help companies adopt modern digital, IoT and AI solutions to improve building operations, security and facility management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digitalisation, automation and smart‑building technologies across industry, logistics, retail, commercial real estate and hospitality.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing, working closely with internal technology and implementation teams.
• Develop long‑term relationships with key customers, understand their needs and propose technology‑driven solutions that deliver clear business value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development of technology, IoT, smart‑building or automation solutions.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial benefits and communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluent Czech speaker, English at B2 level; German is a plus.
